ABOUT THE TOM FAZIO DESIGNED CAMP CREEK GOLF CLUB

Since opening in 2001, Camp Creek has been consistently cited as one of Tom Fazio's most thought-provoking, aesthetically-stunning design credits. Featuring a unique “dunescape” appearance, the course was created for members and guests at St. Joe’s WaterColor and WaterSound Beach residential and resort communities. Travel + Leisure Golf recently recognized Camp Creek as “Florida’s No. 1 Course of the New Millennium.”

Located just off of Northwest Florida's Scenic Highway 30A, in WaterSound, Florida, there is a water and sand experience of a different sort at the Tom Fazio-designed Camp Creek Golf Club.

Tom Fazio has received many honors during his thirty-some-year career (forty if you count the years apprenticing to his Uncle George), but among those honors he values most are the ones he gained from his peers and the individuals who maintain golf courses.

For the three years Golf Digest polled golf course architects to name the "Best Modern Day Golf Course Architect," Fazio's peers chose him. Also highly regarded by the American Association of Golf Course Superintendents, he is one of only three architects to receive their highly cherished "Old Tom Morris Award."
